Welcome to PrintForge Technologies. By accessing or using our website, services, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
"PrintForge," "we," "us," or "our" refers to PrintForge Technologies, the provider of 3D printing, rapid prototyping, custom design, and related services. "Client," "you," or "your" refers to the individual or entity using our services or website. "Services" includes all 3D printing, prototyping, design, engineering, and consulting offerings provided by PrintForge.
By submitting a 3D model, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all transactions, whether conducted online, via email, or in person.
PrintForge provides additive manufacturing services including but not limited to FDM, SLA, SLS, MJF, DMLS/SLM, and DLP printing. We also offer CAD modeling, design for manufacturability (DFM) optimization, reverse engineering, and finishing services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.
Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Payment terms are net-15 days from invoice date for approved business accounts. For new clients, we may require full payment upfront. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and ACH payments. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge. All prices exclude taxes, duties, and shipping costs unless explicitly stated.
You retain full ownership of all intellectual property rights in the 3D models, designs, and files you submit to us. We claim no ownership over your designs. We will not share, sell, or distribute your files without your explicit written permission, except as necessary to fulfill your order.
Any software, processes, support structures, or build parameters we develop or use to manufacture your parts remain our intellectual property. You may not reverse-engineer or extract our proprietary methods.
We treat all client files as confidential. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are available upon request. Our employees and contractors are bound by confidentiality obligations.
You agree that you will not use our services to produce:
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions for the content you submit, and you agree to indemnify PrintForge against any claims arising from your violation of these terms.
We strive to meet the dimensional tolerances specified in your order. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, standard tolerances are as follows:
Surface finish, color, and material properties may vary within industry-standard ranges. If a part does not meet the agreed specifications, we will reprint or refund at our discretion.
Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. PrintForge is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend shipping insurance for high-value orders.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation for a full refund, provided production has not begun. Once printing has started, cancellations are subject to a charge proportional to the work completed. Refunds for defective parts must be requested within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrintForge's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or damage to reputation. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability).
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that printed parts will be fit for a particular purpose unless explicitly agreed in writing. You are responsible for testing and validating parts for your intended application.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrintForge, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your submitted designs, or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions, together with any order-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and PrintForge regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
